Invitation from the University of Edinburgh to participate in a Delphi study that wants to identify how European higher education would look if technology were to be fully embedded in support of learning, teaching and assessment!

The study is being conducted by the Brussels Education Services, along with The University of Edinburgh, the European Association of Distance Teaching Universities (EADTU), UPCNET, and the Open University UK.
